Just curious for my trip I have planned. I'm glad Georgia doesn't use them, because one of my biggest fears is waiting five minutes at an unfamiliar intersection, not seeing one other car the whole time, deciding that the lights are probably broken, and then getting a ticket in the mail...

New York State allows them and they are pretty prevalent on the more 'popular' intersections around me on Long Island and in NYC

VA has a few of them in dense areas...they're almost never working though.
DC has them everywhere (also stop sign cams).

Pretty sure GA does allow them. There was one on 78 and 124. Not sure if it is still there.

They did for a while, but they're illegal now. I think some might still exist and function, but they can't be used as evidence.
